To complete our Talent Management team we are looking for a Temp Talent Management, starting in January 2024 limited for 1 year.

We are looking forward to your application. This is a full-time position.

What you can expect:

• Your main responsibility will be the planning and organisation of our language courses, from consulting with learners to the communication with the trainers and the invoicing of training cost.
• You will support our Talent Management Specialist with the training management of our courses at the HUG BOSS University, as well as the maintenance of the training calendar, room management and evaluation of the trainings.
• You will be responsible for communication with participants and trainers.
• Get an insight into all Talent Management processes while supporting your team colleagues as needed with presentations, training preparations and communication.

Your profile:

• Professional experience (permanent or student jobs) in organizing and coordinating trainings, events or similar
• You are reliable and used to working independently and in a structured manner
• You are comfortable with multiple tasks
• Good communication is your strength
• Business Fluency in English and German
