Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Analytical/reporting- Responsible for Monday reporting to entire team using Excel
- Weekly business analysis, including recommending promotional / markdown strategy, and entering data into the system
- Meeting with cross functional partners weekly and working together on strategy and forecasting to grow the business, and mitigate risk
- Monthly OTB, including presenting business to upper management. OTB requires ability to forecast selling, reconcile receipts, and manage inventory
- Associate Planner shares a joint responsibility to buy product with their merchant counterpart, including hind sighting the business and locating opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- College degree
- 2+ years experience within a Financial/Allocation/Corporate Planning Division, preferred
- Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical ability
- Excellent mathematical skills are required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to discuss business strategies are a must
- Knowledge of retail math
- Must be able to work well with others, as well as being self-directed and have a passion for the business
- Retail experience/financial background a plus, but not necessary
- IP and IPDW experience is a plus
- Candidate must be detail oriented/strong time management skills
- Creative to find best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency
- Along with effective communication, candidate needs to have a strong understanding of KPIs in order to influence CFTs
- Must be flexible to adapt to changing business trends and projects
- Possess the ability to learn new systems and planning methodologies; create analytical reports to gain greater insight into the business
- Ability to work in fluid environment with changing priorities required
- Ability to meet deadlines with frequent changes to projects

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000

These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
