Job Details

Based in central London we are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to help set up and manage our first retail store. This is a unique opportunity to go beyond a typical managerial role; as well as being responsible for leading a team, driving sales, and providing excellent customer experience, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping to build a community of new loyal customers while nurturing existing relationships, and further developing our private and VIP client programs. You will also assist in special store projects and events, bringing Réalisation Par to life by enhancing and elevating the brand.

Reporting to our Head of Partnerships, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating a warm and friendly in-store environment that feels luxurious while in line with brand culture and ethos
  • Building and growing a high performing team with excellent communication and management skills
  • Inspiring and motivating your team, identifying individual potential to facilitate developmental opportunities
  • Managing staffing rostering in line with P&L parameters
  • Hiring, training and developing the talents of the store team for an elevated employee

  • Always ensuring the highest levels of in-store customer experience and leading by example
  • Maintaining a commercial mindset to continually identify and convert opportunities to increase store performance and achieve targets
  • Creating and implementing action plans to achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Representing Réalisation in the local market and identifying new opportunities to increase customer footfall, attract new clients to build a long term customer relationships with the brand
  • Nurturing existing clients to provide a consistent experience between online and IRL engagement
  • Developing a concierge service for VIP customers including private shopping opportunities
  • Ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of visual merchandising across the store
  • Contributing to loss prevention across all areas of the business
  • Creating and circulating merchandise and sales reporting to the business management team
  • Assisting to define and implement in-store policy and procedure

The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years experience in a retail management position
  • A client-centric customer service approach
  • Experience managing a team with proven success in training and development
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • A proven track record in store operations with managing profitability and operations efficiencies
  • A talent in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities
  • Experience in project management or marketing a plus
  • Proficiency in skills with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems
  • A genuine passion for the brand and brand ethos
