POSITION SUMMARY:
Be key member to give all system supports for both CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER brands.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
CREATIVITY: Must possess high degree of fashion aesthetic; interest in trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Support introduction of new ideas. Can work within the creative process effectively, and support bring ideas to realization.
TEAMWORK: Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables. Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization; effectively works at long distances.
ORGANIZING: Works according to defined schedules and deadlines; takes direction well and able to work with high accountability; manages own work and tracks progress. Seeks out resources to get things done; able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting; interface with Supply Chain and Commercial team

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Collaborate with SAP, TPG, MDM, Merchandising team & Country in development and implementation of OpEx for Article Master Creation.
- Review all Master Data to ensure compliance with company standard. Strong sense of Data Governance, Global Merchandising Hierarchy
- Build strong connectivity with cross functional teams
- Identify problem and drive for solution
- Coach and lead a team in India
- Key support function for all brands to ensure all Article Master data are set up correctly in the systems for PO creation on time
- Perform ad-hoc project as assigned

Functional Competencies:
- A strong team player: detailed oriented, flexible and able multi task. Being Open minded for constant change in retail systems
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in the retail industry with exposure in retail systems
- Experience with MNC set up
- Experience with handling complex data, SAP S4, MDM work process
- Experience with working against go-to market calendar, global buy calendar
Education:
- Bachelor degree and/or an advance education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration related disciplines
Skills:
- Project Management skills. Be adaptive to changes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in SAP system
- Knowledge in ACS system or other retail and WS systems
- Strong skill in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Cantonese
