We are looking for an engaged and passionate Learning & Development Intern who can join our WW People & Organization Team in our Global HQ in Milan. MAIN ACTIVITIES:
You will be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of training and development solutions. This role involves contributing to various learning and development initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications and qualities desired for the role include:
- Supporting Learning Initiatives: Assisting in the development and coordination of learning programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance employee skills. This involves collaborating with the Learning & Development team and providing logistical support
- Creating and Maintaining Training Materials: Contributing to the creation and upkeep of -training materials such as presentations, modules, and resources. Researching relevant content and updating existing materials to reflect best practices
- Managing and Monitoring Communication Channels: Overseeing communication across different contact channels, including the learning experience platform, email, and open chats
- Training Hours: Monitoring and keeping a record of training hours for all programs managed by the Learning & Development team
- Support in Training Plan Management: Assisting in the management of training plans for interprofessional training funds, such as Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti
- Fluency in English.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to focus on finding solutions.
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering high-quality work on time.
