The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented experienced Production Coordinator to join our New York team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing wholesale production and development, developing seasonal collection, and more.

Wholesale production management:

  • Collaborate with the front-end wholesale team to manage delivery schedules, rush orders, and other wholesale-related tasks.
  • Oversee the complete production process for bridal, evening wear, and RTW collections, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to secure high-quality materials and ensure efficient production processes.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal wastage.

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with the design team to bring concepts to life, ensuring the feasibility of designs and alignment with brand aesthetics.
  • Aid in the determination of product pricing based on comprehensive cost analysis, market trends, and brand positioning.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of lineup sheets detailing product specifications, materials used, and other pertinent details.

Assist in Collection Development:

  • Coordinate fabric orders, ensuring timely deliveries and alignment with design requirements.
  • Facilitate seamless production workflows by liaising between design, production, and sales teams.
  • Prepare seasonal presentations, ensuring all products are showcased effectively.
  • Assist with the preparation of wholesale lookbooks, costing analysis, lineup sheets, seasonal presentations, and ensuring accurate representation of the collection and adherence to brand standards.

Product Development Bookkeeping:

  • Organize and manage production elements including patterns, tech packs, production costs, and raw materials expenses, including shipping expenses.

Additional Duties:

  • Support in-store order production as needed with training and coordinating with Client Relationship Coordinator.
  • Address and answer any queries related to fabric and production.
