The Team

The EMEA Total Rewards team is responsible for developing and implementing a Total Reward strategy that supports the business to meet its strategic goals, attract, retain and engage top talent, respond to the 'future of work' and new working practices (hybrid/remote working) and drive an inclusive culture. The team is split into three pillars, being Areas of Expertise (incl. Benefits and Global Mobility), Rewards Partners supporting the regions within EMEA and Advisory & Delivery specialists.

The Position

The (Senior) Rewards Specialist EMEA position belongs to the Advisory & Delivery pillar and reports directly into the VP Total Rewards PVH EMEA. This position is part of the 'engine room' of the EMEA Total Rewards team, responsible for:
  • Owning overall operational delivery of Total Rewards support, including centralized processes like the annual merit and bonus cycle
  • Drive ServiceNow implementation across the EMEA Total Rewards team
  • Ensuring all of our processes, tools & reporting are optimized and leveraged to the fullest extent possible
  • Offering agile, centralized (project) support across the team for a variety of Rewards topics


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own overall operational delivery of Total Rewards support across EMEA, including centralized processes like the annual merit and bonus cycle
  • Provide advisory level support activities with generalist and/or specialist (local) knowledge, related to resolving more complex cases requiring research, discretion and/or judgment
  • Offer central support for daily activities and/or projects to Rewards Partners
  • Drive ServiceNow implementation across the EMEA Total Rewards team
  • Drive optimization and standardization of Rewards processes, tools, reporting and guidelines (including (automated) analytics, analyses & comparisons)
  • Support Rewards Partners in running annual processes across EMEA (e.g. Annual Compensation Review)
  • Drives salary survey data submission and delivery across EMEA


The Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in related field
  • 3 - 5+ year's experience in Rewards, preferably in an international matrix and/or Retail organization
  • Detail orientated and solution driven
  • Analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Strong collaborator
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow
  • Affinity for / experience in process and reporting optimization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills - End to End
  • Experienced user of MS office, highly experienced in Excel
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
