Position Overview
Team Overview: Strategy & Planning is a center of excellence with clear accountability to help all Global Supply Chain Leaders to: 1. Clarify success factors, connectivity & accountability in all projects & initiatives to Secure Timely Execution 2. Provide Streamlined Updates on initiatives with Clear Executive Summaries for internal & external stakeholder engagement 3. Create a Single Source of Truth with transparent dashboards & reports to drive one voice with our key stakeholders 4. Support our operations as we change to New Ways of Working
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Asan Analyst of Strategy & Planning your expected responsibilities will include: § Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in product strategy and supply chain. § Create and maintain regular reports for cross-functional teams, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights. § Design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards using tools like MicroStrategy and Tableau, to enable real-time monitoring and decision-making. § Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and testing of reports and dashboards. § Effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and storytelling. § Assist in the automation of manual tasks through tools such as Python, R, VBA, etc. § Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to build out forecasting models to help predict the sales, productivity, and inventory trends associated with our product lines.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge and/or Key Competencies preferred: § 2+ Years program management or functional leadership experience § Experience developing operational processes and technology solutions § Track record of developing high-performing teams to exceed previous results § Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic and tactical results from inception to completion § Proven verbal and written communication skills, presenting to senior executives § Strong analytical skills including strategically analyzing data using advanced excel methods and/or programming languages such as Python or R
