Dover Street Market Paris (DSMP) Brand Development is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Digital Manager to join our team and spearhead the creation and management of exciting e-commerce websites for 2 brands under our umbrella: RASSVET and ERL. As the Digital Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the entire website development process, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving traffic and optimizing conversions through effective marketing and SEO strategies.
Tasks include :
Website Creation Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to plan and execute the website development process.
- Lead the design and user experience (UX) enhancements to ensure an exceptional online shopping experience.
- Oversee the implementation of responsive design, ensuring compatibility across various devices.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce websites, ensuring smooth functionality, inventory management, order processing and customer service.
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and pricing to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to implement innovative ecommerce strategies.
Marketing and SEO:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and social media plans to generate qualified traffic, increase brand visibility, and drive conversions.
- Implement effective SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor website analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to improve overall performance.
Customer Engagement and Conversion Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Utilize analytics and user feedback to optimize conversion funnels, checkout processes, and overall website performance.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Fluent in English and French – all other languages are a plus.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Digital Manager or similar role in the designer or luxury e-commerce sector.
- Strong understanding of website development processes and technologies, including CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order processing, and customer support.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Good product knowledge and interested in the world of Comme des Garçons and Dover Street Market.
