Store Manager

We have a rare opportunity for a dynamic store manager to join our wonderful team in Aarhus to build on our existing successes within the market. As the face of our brand in Aarhus, you must love creating meaningful connections with our community and driving sales within a retail setting.

Shopfloor & Sales

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Driving sales and conversion
• Building and harnessing a dynamic and loyal client base

Team

• Ownership of the management and development of in store team
• Setting store specific KPIs and targets
• Managing all aspects on in store HR: up to and including rotas, employee relations, onboarding, training, appraisals and goal setting

Operations

• Seasonal buying trip to Copenhagen showroom
• Placing seasonal orders and responsible for all aspects of store merchandising
• Continually improve operational excellence through development of processes
• Accountable for EOY stock take and stock integrity

Brand & Marketing

• Collaborating with marketing to elevate positioning within marketplace through regular calendar of in store activations
• Develop and maintain a loyal and engaged customer base
• Regular competitor analysis
• Working cross functionally to develop and implement omni channel strategy for global roll out

Metrics

• Current KPIs: Turnover, Conversion, ATV, UPT
• Moving towards developing CRM KPIs (acquisition/retention) and Store P&L

Travel

• Seasonal travel to Copenhagen showroom
• Adhoc support with new store openings, pop ups, sample sales

Other

• Must be fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
• Previous retail experience essential
• Previous management experience desired
