Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic individuals who have some experience or familiarity in software development to join our team as Associate. This role is perfect for recent engineering or technology graduates who possess excellent communication skills, a learning spirit to scale up on new technology, and a strong interest in developing technical and domain skills in the supply chain/B2B. As an Associate, you will get on the job training on supply chain and NuOrder - B2B SaaS Application, but also could be extended to other platforms. This position might also require you to work on technical operations and support across EU region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Serve as the functional application engineer for problem resolution and product enhancement for all applications supporting wholesales business. · Responsible for performing system maintenance, working with business counterparts in support of departmental needs. · As a successful Wholesale Sales Application - functional application engineer, will be a hands-on, abstract and creative thinker who thrive on tackling difficult challenges. · Support day to day Technical Operations, handle incidents, troubleshooting technical issues across geographies. · Fulfill additional duties or tasks assigned by management.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Location: Bengaluru, IN · Qualification: Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science / Computer Application / Information Technology · Experience or familiarity with programming, either through internship assignments or coursework · Experience in basic usage of MS Excel. · Background or education on Supply Chain and B2B domain and SAP will be an added plus. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with regional business teams. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. · Must have "can do" attitude and be able to work independently. · Strong time management skills. . Ability and willingness to work in EU time zone. . Preferred Female candidates.
