Job Details
For the Production Outerwear department, we are looking for an Outerwear Production Planner based in Trebaseleghe (PD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize the production plan for the assigned sites and monitor progress;
- Manage follow-up on the execution of the production plan by the supplier, ensuring productions are delivered on time in line with commercial priorities;
- Maintain constant oversight of the supplier, both remotely and through on-site visits;
- Ensure close monitoring and coordination in resolving production-related issues;
- Monitor the delivery of the finished product, collaborating with the logistics team to ensure proper transport planning;
- Contribute to report preparation and data analysis;
- Create reports for production line monitoring;
- Interface with the technical team to address solutions required by the supplier to ensure the required quality;
- Interact with key supplier/site representatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the textile/clothing/manufacturing industry, in similar role;
- Computer (Office) skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Fluent English. Any additional language is an advantage;
- Problem-solving ability;
- Strong teamwork and relationship management skills;
- Ability to handle stress and complexity;
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills;
- Results-oriented;
- Ability to identify intervention priorities;
- Experience with company ERP systems and Business Intelligence systems
- Experience in complex/multi-supplier production environments with industrialized products;
