YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Manager of Ecommerce for Zegna, will oversee all aspects of the US ecommerce business and all technologies related to the digital side of the business.

Additionally, the SR Manager will partner with customer service, marketing, planning and retail operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, drive revenues and elevate the customer experience. This role reports into the Sr. Director, Business Performance & Omnichannel.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
  • Oversee North America e-commerce businesses with P&L responsibility: direct, concessions and 3rd party sites
  • Develop North America e-commerce strategies to grow revenue, increase profitability and support the overall brand experience
  • Deliver business results and growth by partnering with cross-functional partners in areas such as merchandising, marketing, store ops, warehouse, CRM, site operations, UX, IT and analytics
  • Partner with buying team on the e-commerce buy
  • In-season reporting and analysis
  • Manage e-commerce calendar including seasonal flips and site refreshes
  • Work closely with the marketing & communications team on effective online campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategy
  • Keep up to date with evolving online media and technology trends in partnership with cross-functional partners
  • Coach and develop all digital managers; provide guidance on development and succession plans and career growth
  • Oversee Development Roadmap for the US Market
  • New e-concession businesses (develop and oversee project plan, ensure IT set-up is on track, map out business process and manage launch)
  • Oversee catalogue set-up processes for e-concession businesses
  • Partners with planning and logistics teams to ensure exceptional client experience including appropriate product availability, timely order fulfillment and product packaging that meet the company's luxury standard.
  • Manages third party customer service partner to ensure a consistent luxury brand experience for the client.
  • improve/enhance tools and processes and identify new technology and business opportunities.
  • Ensures adoption and use of programs/tools by monitoring compliance and soliciting evaluating and applying suggestions for improving efficiency or effectiveness
WHO YOU ARE:
  • 7+ years of e-commerce experience
  • Proven cross-functional team leader
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent collaborative and influencing skills
  • Ability to recognize critical business needs and determine an appropriate course of action while remaining focused on strategic intent
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Systems/technology savvy
  • Experience delivering large cross-functional initiatives
  • Problem solving skills
  • Prior in-store luxury retail experience a plus
  • 4 days work in the office; 1 Day WFH
  • 115-135k (The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience)
