The position as Head of Product is a unique opportunity with MORJAS where you will combine strategic thinking with a creative mindset to grow, develop and improve the overall brand through its fundamental core: the product.

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Define and own a next-level product strategy aligned with the MORJAS brand
• Create, prioritize and complete new, aspirational products
• Lead, inspire and provide feedback to the product team
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and operational excellence
• Research the market for new product opportunities balancing creative thinking with a commercial mindset
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure a robust and reliable supply chain
• Source new suppliers to explore new product opportunities
• Research and implement new sustainability initiatives
• Monitor product performance and use customer insights to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
• Be at the forefront of industry trends, materials and components
• Analyze and negotiate supplier terms
• Own cost, margin and pricing targetsCollaborate with MORJAS’ local production teams in Spain and Portugal

• You have excellent communication skills that pave the way of building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• You have proven experience (5+ years) in product development/design and extensive knowledge from sourcing, design, manufacturing, supply chain management
• You have a university degree in industrial design, fashion design, business administration, or a related field
• 100% fluent in Swedish and English orally and in written
