About the role

As our People Brand Services Coordinator (m/f/d) , you will be supporting both the Brands and the Retail team. You will be responsible for the coordination of recruitment and training activities for the Brands, supporting the Retail Team on the initiatives and also being the system administrator of the systems.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.

Brand Support Activities
  • Support the Brand partners on the recruitment activities of the stores in the Village
  • Build and foster a strong community in the Village by implementing strategic retention plans
  • Implementation of new and innovative recruitment tools and events
  • Manage the recruitment events from start to end; plan, coordinate and organize large scale events with the Retail Team
  • Work closely with Marketing on employer branding
  • Manage the regular job fairs and talent days from end to end
  • Coordinate the external job fairs
  • Build and maintain close work relationships with Brands and their head offices
  • Plan and organize the trainings for Brands' employees together with the Trainings Manager
  • Optimize the process and the development of digital recruitment use

Supporting the Retail Team
  • Provide assistance for the Retail Director and support the Village's Retail Teams
  • Act as the system administrator of iCims, Oracle and Salesforce
  • Organize, prepare, and follow-up meetings and both internal and external events
  • Collaborate with other departments in the preparation, organization and execution of special and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, minutes and reports where required
  • Independently take charge of all correspondence in German and English
  • Be involved in mystery shopping and CRM projects where required
  • Support the organisation of new stores openings
  • Work with the Finance Department and support the weekly sales reports
  • Be responsible for the departmental orders and monitor the budgets
  • Involve in the contract negotiations with the existing and potential partners
  • Compile reports to track and measure the performance of the Retail Team


About You

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
  • Degree education or relevant qualification is preferrable
  • Proven experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry
  • Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical sense with an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise your work to meet tight and multiple deadlines
  • Strong process-oriented and customer-centric solution driven skills
  • Fluent in English and German language, any other languages would be advantageous
