PVH has embarked upon building an "Enterprise Data Platform" (EDP), a world class ecosystem secure enterprise data repository to manage all types of data for consumption across PVH to ultimately unlock business value through hindsight's, insights & foresights. In your new role within the EDA (Enterprise Data & Analytics) team, you will have the opportunity to address Greenfield opportunities to apply reporting, analytics, data science and machine learning towards e2e analytic capabilities.

The Director Enterprise Data & Analytics Products will oversee a multifaceted discipline that involves the process of strategically planning, developing, and managing the Data & Analytics product throughout its lifecycle. The product team creates and brings Data & Analytics products to market across Retail, Wholesale, Consumer and Supply Chain domains. The team is responsible for overseeing various aspects of a product's development and success, from ideation and design to launch and ongoing improvement.

The primary goal of the global product management team is to deliver valuable products or services that meet customer needs while achieving business objectives through the PVH+ plan. Product managers act as advocates for the customer within the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering and analytics to ensure that the product's features, functionality, and user experience align with customer expectations and business goals.

Y ou will collaborate with experts in the data analytics space to develop innovative data and analytics products. The team is leveraging the best-in-class analytics, tools and techniques, and you will have the opportunity to hone your experience with them and help evolve our application of them.


  • Strategy Development: Design, develop and execute a product strategy that drives ED&A objectives, contributes to PVH overall business objectives, and satisfies customer expectations. Define and lead product execution strategy for Data & Analytics products and platform
  • Product Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that outlines the vision, features, and timelines for product development and enhancements. Establish shared vision across the organization by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, Scrum Masters and BA's, guiding them in their day-to-day activities, setting goals, and providing feedback to ensure successful product delivery. Lead team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative analytical products while forging tight partnerships with cross-functional leaders
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics and other TPG stakeholder / dependent teams, to translate business requirements into product features, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Product Launch: Coordinate and drive successful product launches, working closely with business stakeholders and product owners to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Product Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key product metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into product planning and development
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the product management budget, allocate resources effectively, and make strategic decisions on resource allocation to maximize productivity and return on investment


  • M.S. in Computer Science / Business Analytics or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product & program management experience
  • 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
  • 8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders

  • Experience: Several years of experience in product management, with progressive levels of responsibility and a track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills to inspire and motivate a team of product managers, foster a collaborative environment, and drive product excellence.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative product strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals.
  • Market and Customer Focus: Deep understanding of organization data & analytic opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development methodologies, technical concepts, and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, influence stakeholders, and articulate product vision and strategy.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Business Acumen: Sound business judgment and financial acumen to evaluate product opportunities, develop business cases, and manage product budgets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigate ambiguity, and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the company's products.



Pay Range: $170,000 - $190,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
