JOB PURPOSE
Within this role you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing all aspects of the Product Team's administration, before, during and post market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage market preparation and coordinate market schedule
- Coordinate and prepare product packs/guidelines
- Assist in providing materials and buying tools
- Deal with high volumes of orders that require close attention to detail in fast-paced environment
- Send communication to teams during market for amendments or important updates
- Ensure order entry is accurate and that deadlines are met
- Prepare visual recap presentations on buying assortments
- Complete any administrative tasks as required by the team
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- High numeracy skills and competency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
- Enthusiastic and with the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work and multi-task in a busy, fast paced team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
- Excellent understanding of all programs on Microsoft Office
