The Project Manager will report directly to the president and CEO and is in charge of managing the agency team. This involves making sure each member of the team is on track with their tasks and delivering results for clients.
Build and manage relationships with clients to further their strategic goals
Help lead and prepare client strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with editors, stylists, and other key industry professionals
Lead and manage agency team in creative affairs
Manage HR and Payroll functions
Ensure team is providing results to client
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with projects.
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
Communicating with clients to ensure that projects are aligned with their goals.
Performing quality control on client reporting and results throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
Adjusting schedules and targets on the as needed to ensure delivery of results to clients.
Participate in bi-monthly client calls
Oversee staff and intern recruitment
Oversee training of new staff
Coaching and performance evaluation of all staff members:
Lead bi-monthly strategic manager meetings
Weekly check-in meetings with individual staff members
90-day and further performance reviews as necessary
Work in a collaborative, productive and timely manner with all colleagues to further company goals.
Administrative duties related to working in a collegial small office (ex. Answering phones, shipping orders, etc)
Become a trusted resource for Clients.

Ensure spending on client accounts is cost effective and providing suitable ROI
Strong sense of organization in every aspect of directorial responsibilities. Ability to work on multiple projects or portfolios, prioritize appropriately, and manage projects through to completion
Knowledge and passion for the media, including social media.
Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
Solid knowledge of common computer applications including Google Workspace.
Ability to do deep-dive internet research
