The Site content and UI/UX supervisor/assistant manager will play a crucial role in developing appealing and storytelling content that increases brand visibility and drives conversion and creating a visually stunning and immersive digital experience that reflects the elegance, sophistication, and exclusivity associated with the Tiffany brand. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative team, developers, product managers, and marketing specialists, to ensure that our ecommerce store delivers an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to our discerning customers.
1. Develop and execute the overall UI/UX strategy for the Tiffany store, especially wechat & JD mini program format to ensure alignment with the brand's values and aesthetics.
2. Create visually captivating and luxurious interfaces that showcase Tiffany's products in an exquisite manner.
3. Collaborate with designers and developers to design and implement user-centered experiences that seamlessly integrate with the WeChat Mini Program platform.
4. Conduct in-depth research to gain a deep understanding of our target audience, their preferences, and behaviors to inform design decisions.
5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
6. Implement design best practices to ensure an intuitive and delightful user journey throughout the store.
7. Conduct regular usability testing and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the UI/UX design.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design for luxury brands and incorporate relevant innovations into the Mini Program store.
9. Collaborate with product managers and marketing specialists to align design decisions with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
10. Ensure the WeChat Mini Program store is optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
11. Collaborate with digital activation team to develop exceptional & special treatment for key selling moment & Tier 1 campaign
12. Work with global Creative & development team on .CN enhancement to drive China relevant enhancement
13. Find opportunities on developing strategic content plan for Ecommerce omni channels including Wechat & JD and other marketplaces as mini-program type, to better drive business and to win target audience.
14. Work closely with digital and creative team locally and globally on content enhancement, including managing assets usage, leveraging existing content, developing new & innovative content.
1. Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or manager, preferably in the luxury or high-end retail industry.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing your exceptional UI/UX design work for digital platforms, with a focus on luxury brands or high-end products.
4. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
5. Deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, visual storytelling, and creating immersive digital experiences.
6. Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Ability to balance creative vision with business goals, brand guidelines, and user needs.
9. Familiarity with WeChat Mini Program development and design guidelines is highly desirable.
10. Experience with data-driven design, user research, and A/B testing is a plus.
11. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
