Retail Co-ordinator

Arddun Agency are looking for a pro-active, organised part-time Retail Co-ordinator to join the team. Arddun Agency are a London based wholesale agency specialising in womenswear. We work with the most high profile retailers globally and support the brands we represent to build their International wholesale distribution in a strong and sustainable way. 

We are small but fast growing team that are close-knit and we aim to provide a nurturing and enjoyable place to work. We are looking for a candidate who shares our core qualities of humble, hungry and inquisitive!

We are a small team so the role will be varied and you will be able to gain experience across multiple areas of a wholesale agency and be part of a fast-growing business in an exciting time. Our office is based in Shoreditch whereby we currently work on a mixed office and working from home setup. 

Who you are:

Organised, self-motivated, and proactive A team player with excellent communication skills Efficient and good at time management; able to meet stringent deadlines Passionate about retail, obsessed with womenswear and the luxury fashion market in general Curious and ready to learn more about luxury wholesale.   What you will do:

Ensure our brands and the agency as a whole are well represented across London stores. Gather and deliver feedback from shopfloor staff in a weekly report. Take pictures of floor space / visual merchandising / mannequins etc Ensure clothing is steamed, all of the right sizes are on display and replenished. Build strong relationships with store retail teams and in-store VM teams. Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge, assisting sales managers with periodic in-store trainings.
