Roles and Responsibilities: Visual Composition and Editing:
- Utilise industry-standard software for cropping, resizing, and enhancing images.
Maintain consistency in image quality and style across different platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to meet specific project requirements.
Contribute to comprehensive retouch notes across brand projects.
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into a polished, engaging final product.
Incorporate visual elements, effects, and transitions to enhance video content.
Ensure high-quality audio, sync, and overall visual appeal.
- Design visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials (e.g., social media, website, print).
Develop layouts that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and execute creative projects.
- Organise and maintain a digital library of creative assets, including images, videos, and graphics.
Label, categorise, and ensure easy accessibility for the creative team.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target demographics.
Gather and analyse data to inform creative decisions and strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Art Director Support:
- Assist the Art Director in coordinating and executing creative projects.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, organising meetings, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with the Art Director on creative concept development and brainstorming sessions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Provide regular updates on progress and seek feedback to improve work quality.
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- 1-2 years professional experience required.
Recent graduate or have relevant experience in Graphic Design, Media Production, or Visual Arts.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of design principles and composition.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Basic aptitude in image retouching.
