This summer, we are offering a 10-week compensated internship for rising senior undergraduate students a challenging, hands-on experience in the retail industry. Our RL Inspire Internship program is focused on three areas: immersion into RL company & culture, building your network and sharpening your functional skills. Position Overview
Our intern program will provide you with an opportunity to work on strategic and complex assignments alongside our teams that will help enhance your competencies and skills in a fast-paced, dynamic, international corporate environment. PROGRAM OVERVIEW As an RL Inspire intern, you will ... ONBOARD: Participate in a Company in-person orientation with the entire intern class in New York City LEARN: Take part in weekly RL Cultural and Company events including executive speaker events, DEI events and professional development trainings. DEVELOP: Receive coaching and on-going feedback from your supervisor and Early Career Talent Team COLLABORATE: Work closely with fellow interns on a cross functional group project where you will present to senior leadership at the end of the internship program. GIVE BACK: Make a difference by volunteering as part of the Ralph Lauren Gives Back Program HAVE FUN: Take advantage of social and networking activities as intern cohort After successful completion of the program, full time entry-level offers may be extended to top candidates to join our early career rotational program upon graduation

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
To be eligible for a US-based Ralph Lauren Internship position, applicants must:
* Attend college full-time in the United States and be entering your final semester or year of undergraduate studies. (Expected graduation date : December 2024 or June 2025)
* Authorized to work in the United States
* Able to work in a Hybrid workplace arrangement with 1 to 2 days of in-person work in one of our corporate offices located in NY/NJ/N
* Available the entire duration of the 10-week internship and reside in commutable distance to one of our office locations (NY, NJ, NC). A housing stipend will be provided to help with travel and accommodations.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Desired skills for all intern roles · Understanding and appreciation of the Ralph Lauren Aesthetic, brand heritage and retail industry · Basic knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Strong writing skills, communication and math skills; retail math a plus · Well organized, eager, creative, team player; Strong collaborative skills set · Able to drive results against timelines and managing multiple priorities and execute effectively; strong attention to detail · Think strategically to seize opportunities and solve problems · Active listener with strong communication; able to communicate ideas written and verbally. · Able to balance creativity and effectiveness · A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and to switch gears as required · Champion of Diversity & Psychological Safety · Curious, desire to learn, innovative, forward thinking, strong interpersonal skills Desired Skills for specific intern roles: IT roles: Major: Information Technology or Computer Science Sourcing & Logistics roles: · Major: Engineering (Industrial & Systems Engineering preferred) · Ability to be onsite in North Carolina
