Overview: The Client Development Specialist for LatAm is responsible for driving the execution of all in-store and virtual client events, with an emphasis on new and existing client activations and bespoke experiences, including all client gestures/gifting. Through extensive cross-functional partnership, this individual will focus on executing the overall client relations strategy in service of achieving Tiffany's key results in Latam Markets, defined here as Miami Market with 4 stores, Caribbean markets and Trade. The Client Relations Specialist will also work in close synergy with the Client Relations teams of Mexico and Brazil markets as part of the regional coordination. This individual will help the region attain its sales goals and exceed key performance indicators through the right client strategy.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Work with Client Relations team and retail partners on executing all instore events for local market
  • Develop new and creative ideas to animate stores in market (in-store and virtually) during festive moments, product launches, and other specific retail needs
  • Work closely with corporate partners to ensure brand standards are maintained yet support a localized approach
  • Execute overarching client actions strategy
  • Responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of in-store and virtual client activations and experiences while partnering with key stake holders
  • Work with production companies, agencies, and vendors to support and execute client actions strategy for markets managed directly
  • Create and manage market client event calendar
  • Manage market client actions budget; track and advise on ROI
  • Create analytical dashboards of client KPIs
  • Support new product launches, road shows, and ad hoc product events
  • Partner with merchandising and other corporate partners on event support and launch strategy


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of event management experience
  • Must be creative with a high taste level
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage a budget and support local initiatives
  • Existing relationships with vendors/external partners
  • Ability to speak and understand English & Spanish, Multi-lingual candidates strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Luxury industry experience
  • Previous experience in a client relations/client facing role
