Our Talent (HR) team is heavily expanding to support On's explosive growth and we are looking for new members to join our team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On's people agenda and ensure we continue to strengthen our culture. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency and getting things done, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering an unforgettable experience enabled by our Talent Systems.

Your Mission

We, the Talent Technology team, are strongly invested in the Workday ecosystem and strive to challenge the status-quo, are entrepreneurs and innovators. Our high performing in-house team is covering the areas of Workday HCM, Absence, Learning, Talent, Time Tracking, Scheduling, PRISM and Extend and also support other systems within the Talent area such as Greenhouse or CultureAmp.

As the Talent Systems Lead, you will play a pivotal role to further innovate, continuously improve and also maintain our Workday platform and other relevant systems such as Greenhouse. You will lead a team of functional Workday Experts, and provide subject matter expertise to drive efficiency, enhance user experience, innovation, coach and develop the team further.

- Team: Lead and coach a team of functional Workday experts, providing guidance, support, and development

- Hands-on: Next to your role as team lead, you will have an active part in performing system configuration to support the team in day-to-day activities

- Innovate: Work closely together with the rest of the Talent Technology team to ensure we constantly challenge and innovate on how we utilize our systems and reflect this in a yearly roadmap

- Drive projects: You lead and support your team in projects connected to our systems such as recurring year end projects but also new projects

Your Story

- Experience in leading a small team of Workday Experts

- Proven experience of configuring Workday modules

- You're eager to support the team hands-on (eg. taking the ownership of a module or system)

- You're comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change as well as to work well under pressure and to be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time

- You love to collaborate, have a can-do-attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset and have no problems in going beyond your usual scope if required

- Data-driven and analytical mindset - exploring a variety of sustainable ways of finding solutions
- A passion for innovation and process improvement - to deliver the WOW within our Talent function
