Retail Merchandising Internship

Le stagiaire Retail Merchandising sera intégré au département Central Merchandising, il/elle soutiendra l'équipe dans les activités d'analyse et de gestion des données visant à soutenir le département Merchandising et à définir et développer les collections.

Responsabilités & activités :
  • Analyser les performances, par produit/magasin, préparer des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels et saisonniers (sell through), proposer des actions correctives et identifier les opportunités de croissance.
  • Réalisation d'analyses et de rapports relatifs aux données de vente des magasins WW Retail.
  • Avant et pendant le showroom, soutenir la coordination des activités de commande principale et des assortiments clés par région/canal dans les outils/systèmes d'achat.
  • Réaliser des analyses de réapprovisionnement et des propositions de réapprovisionnement à envoyer aux différentes régions / marchés.
  • Échange continu d'informations avec les équipes régionales en termes de besoins en produits, d'offres de la concurrence, grâce à un suivi constant.
  • Élaborer et consolider les données provenant des régions et des canaux sur les tendances commerciales.
  • Fournir un retour d'information aux équipes de Central Merchandising/Collection Merchandising afin d'adapter l'offre aux besoins du marché.
  • Coordonner les actions planifiées avec le Business planning.
  • Travailler sur le calendrier de livraison des éléments clés et en assurer le suivi.


Compétences & expériences :
  • Etudiant/e en Bac +4/5 école de commerce ou équivalente
  • Passion et sensibilité pour le secteur du luxe
  • Expérience préalable dans des fonctions d'assistant Retail merchandising/Achat est un plus
  • Conscience commerciale et forte sensibilité au business
  • Attitude de travail en équipe et flexibilité
  • Résolution de problèmes, précision, attention aux détails
  • Maîtrise du progiciel Office, notamment d'Excel. La connaissance de Power BI sera considérée comme un plus.
  • Anglais courant


Retail Merchandising Internship

The Retail Merchandising intern will be included in the Central Merchandising Department, he/she will support the team in the analysis and data management activities aimed at supporting the Merchandising Department and defining and developing of the collections.

Job responsabilities & activities:
  • Analyze performances, by product/store, prepare weekly, monthly, seasonal reports (sell through), propose corrective actions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Realization of analysis and reports related to the sales data of the WW Retail stores.
  • Before & during the showroom, support the coordination of master order activities and key assortments by region/channel in the buying tools / systems.
  • Realization of replenishment analysis & reorder proposal to send to the different regions / markets.
  • Continuous exchange of information with regional teams in terms of product needs, competitor offers, through constant follow up.
  • Elaborate and consolidate inputs coming from regions and channels on business trends.
  • Provide feedback to Central Merchandising/Collection Merchandising teams to adjust offer to market needs.
  • Coordinate actions planned with Business planning.
  • Work on the delivery calendar of key items & follow up.


Skills & experiences:
  • Master degree in Economics, Management or equivalents
  • Passion and sensibility for the Luxury sector
  • A previous experience in Buying/Retail merchandising assistant roles will be considered a plus
  • Commercial awareness and strong business sensibility
  • Team working attitude and flexibility
  • Problem Solving, precision, attention to details
  • Proficiency in the Office package, notably Excel. Power BI knowledge will be considered as a plus
  • Fluent English
