Wholesale Country Sales Manager ONLY Brand House (m/f/o)

ONLY & upcoming Brands 

 Dubai 

 Responsibilities:    

  • The goal for this position is the strategic development and expansion of ONLY in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region with the following responsibilities:
  • Managing sales by developing a business plan for the brand
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Budget planning and tracking sales goals
  • Preparation and sale of collections to international partners
  • Leading your ONLY teammate
  • Support of existing customers & acquisition of new customers
  • Promoting the brand and products
  • Understand our customers and how they relate to our products
  • Budget negotiations with business partners
  • Market and competitor analyses as well as the acquisition of new customers
  • Regular customer visits and marketing activities to exploit individual potentials
  • Exchange with division and product managers in Denmark to achieve defined goals
  • Participation in collection meetings in Denmark
  • Close cooperation with Country Commercial Manager & Central functions

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneur & hands on mind set with independent, motivated, and reliable way of working
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and dedication to great customer service
  • Ability to think and act strategic
  • Extraordinary sales talent with several years of experience in the textile industry (B2B or Retail)
  • Good ability to analyze KPIs and willingness to make decisions
  • Customer-focused as well as business-minded manner
  • Digital affinity and sense for online sales trends
  • Interest for the Middle East culture
  • Pro-activity and flexibility
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, other language as Arabic is a plus
