Job Details


Responsible for the washing up, cleaning, and organisation of the Rose Bakery Kitchen. Setting the standard in the kitchen and the barista area for cleanliness & organisation to ensure that the kitchen and barista area work seamlessly. 


  • Ensuring good hygiene practice at all times in line with food hygiene practices set in the kitchen.   
  • Ensuring that all crockery, cutlery, glassware, kitchen equipment is correctly cleaned, dried, polished, put away and cared for. 
  • Maintaining a high-level of cleanliness in the kitchen & walk-in fridge. 
  • Ensuring that any issues with equipment  is reported to the managers.  
  • Listening & adhering to instructions given by the head chef & bakery manager.  
  • Informing the managers of any issues, concerns, or complaints so these can be rectified. 


  • Motivated, competent & able to converse well with staff, and DSM management. 
  • Ability to follow and replicate the hygiene, cleanliness & organisation standard set by the managers.  
  • Ability to follow direction, retain information, and be self-motivated. 
  • Punctual, Intuitive & Hard-Working. 
  • Rota Flexibility 
  • Able to work well in a team
