To operate to the Made to Measure Service in store, increasing the business and improving sales performance in compliance with corporate provisions and standards. 

To develop the MTM service by presenting and proposing the Service to customers and by providing the information and the basic training required to the store staff so that they can effectively propose the service too.





  • In charge of providing the service to the MTM client, from measurement taking to finished product delivery.

  • To be in charge of the administration work related to the MTM service.

  • To ensures the follow up of any order progress and update the customer.

  • To proactively participates in the organization and execution of MTM events, in collaboration with the relevant Store and Corporate functions.

  • Is in charge of the in store training for this specific product category.

  • Collaborates with the Visual Merchandiser sharing the main needs to ensure the correct rotation of seasonal products, product displays inside the shop and in the shop windows based on the sales results.  

  • To carry out technical measurements of Clients using Prada’s specific measuring techniques

  • Understand our manual and electronic ordering systems and system tools such as SAP, CRM systems and Retail systems

  • The specialist should understand all categories of MTM / MTO – Tailoring, Outerwear, Knitwear, Shirts etc.

  • To Liaise between Client, Client advisor, Head Quarters and our Production teams on placing orders, rectifying orders or answering production queries

  • Host appointments in multiple store locations within our region for our Clientele, providing a luxury and sartorial experience

  • An expert in Fabrics and their functionality – helping clients to make the most informed decisions

  • Assisting the clients in designing their ideal garment and personalizing the details accordingly

  • Understanding the lead times, critical path etc to achieve the desired delivery for the client

  • Supporting Client advisors with their orders and providing training both on technical aspects and also selling ceremony.

  • Specialist should understand fittings and silhouettes appropriate for the client’s body shape, fabrics, end use of garment and fabrics, and possible options available to the client whilst maintaining a Prada Aesthetic.

  • The specialist should understand and be able to enthusiastically story-tell the ideas behind the brand and its products.





5 – 6 years of Sales Assistant experience with solid experience in MTM and tailoring

Strong knowledge of the men’s product both from a technical standpoint and for selling purposes

Attitude and ability to convey information and knowledge to co-workers and customers

A specific training on MTM must be scheduled with the local and central MTM team

In store-service oriented

Customer centric approach

Engaging with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Fluent spoken English expected. Other languages desirable
