About the job

As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in process for guests attending our exclusive sales events. Your primary responsibility will be to scan and check-in guests, ensuring that only the invited individuals attend each event.

Your designated workdays will be from Wednesday to Saturday, with occasional Tuesdays scheduled as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check-In:

  • Efficiently scan and check-in guests at the entrance of the event venue.
  • Verify the identity and invitation of each guest, ensuring that only the intended invitees attend.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.

Event Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the event team to coordinate the check-in process and manage guest flow.
  • Assist with crowd management, ensuring a safe and organised environment.
  • Communicate any event-related updates or changes to guests as necessary.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure guests have a positive experience by offering assistance and guidance
  • when needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to guest check-in, such as maintaining
  • attendance records and collecting feedback.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and up-to-date guest lists.

Required profile

  • Professionalism and Poise: Display a professional and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills to manage guest lists and coordinate check-in processes efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to accurately verify guest identities and invitations.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: A friendly and customer-focused approach, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual, able to commit to scheduled shifts.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Annual Salary: £24,000
