We have a rare opportunity for a brilliant Store Manager to join our growing global retail team. This role is key within our business as the successful applicant will be responsible for our 2 stores in Copenhagen, as well as our Magasin shop in shop. We are looking for an outgoing ‘people person’ that thrives in a customer centric environment and is at their best when driving sales on the shop floor. 

At STINE GOYA we strive to rip up the rule book of traditional retail and will support the store manager in developing traffic driving initiatives beyond the 4 walls of the store. The successful applicant must be as entrepreneurial and driven as they are warm and friendly and be analytical in their means of pushing forward.

Copenhagen will always be our home and the stores within our flagship locations, therefore the Store Manager is the face of our brand to our customers. We are looking for someone that lives and breathes the GOYA universe and is proud to represent us.

  • Reports to: Head of Retail
  • Location of work: STINE GOYA stores Gothersgade, Østerbrogade, Copenhagen
  • Days/Hours of work: Monday to Sunday, 37.5 per week

Shop Floor & Sales

  • Lead store teams to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Driving sales and conversion
  • Building and harnessing a dynamic and loyal client base


  • Ownership of the management and development of in store team
  • Setting store specific KPIs and targets
  • Managing all aspects on in store HR: up to and including rotas, employee relations, onboarding, training, appraisals and goal setting


  • Seasonal buying at Copenhagen showroom
  • Placing seasonal orders and responsible for all aspects of store merchandising
  • Supporting Head of Retail to develop ‘Retail Bible’
  • Supporting Head of Retail to execute monthly and seasonal model store VM guidelines
  • Continually improve operational excellence through development of processes
  • Accountable for EOY stock take and stock integrity

Brand & Marketing

  • Collaborating with marketing to elevate positioning within marketplace through regular calendar of activations
  • Collaborating with Head of Retail to develop and implement CRM strategy
  • Regular competitor analysis


  • Current KPIs: Turnover, Conversion, ATV, UPT
  • Moving towards developing CRM KPIs (acquisition/retention) and Store P&L


  • Travel within Copenhagen to stores and HQ
  • Adhoc support with new store openings, pop ups
