Burberry is looking for a passionate Product Development Administrator to join our team. In this position you will support the Product Development teams by handling administrative tasks across different categories.


  • Liaising with vendors on shipments, tracking and monitoring sample deliveries and sending planner to ensure they arrive on time and as planned
  • PO Management - raising purchase orders for showroom samples and non-stock POs, organising and recording invoices and updating prices once confirmed with vendors
  • Sample/Stock management
  • Collating planned ex-factory date info directly from vendors or PD
  • Working with Accounts Payable & Vendors to clear any invoice queries.
  • Running showroom allocation report on PLM to capture the information
  • Budget analysis and reporting to Managers on a weekly basis
  • Weekly reports analysis of blocked/parked payments investigating any mismatch between PO & Invoices.
  • Organising, filing, and archiving samples, swatches, and raw materials
  • Supporting the PD Team with liaising with Showroom team, Press Team, VIP team on deliveries of samples


  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with large volumes of data, ensuring complete detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative and solution orientated
  • Communication skills, able to effectively share information with the team in a clear, concise way
  • Computer skills: Excel, SAP and PLM
