TITLE: Marketing Manager, Creed Boutiques & Emerging Brands

REPORTS TO: Head of Boutique Strategy & National Programs / dotted line to Head of Business Development & Boutiques


FLSA: Exempt


JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for planning and managing all national marketing efforts for all NA Creed Boutiques, as well as local partnerships and in-store events. This position also oversees all aspects of marketing/retailer support pertaining to Emerging Brands. The right candidate is self-motivated with outstanding organization skills for project management, excellent communication skills for client/vendor relations, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Previous hands-on experience in the service industry, helping develop and cultivate brand marketing programs, partnerships and managing events.  This role will also promote and maintain the intrinsic company culture that fosters the firm’s core values.



  • Build strategies for all Creed Boutique marketing, event, service/experience, partnership, and advertising opportunities, with unique and innovative program offerings
  • Develop associated strategies into actionable launch directives to be shared with store teams and relevant NYO departments
  • Oversee communication, planning, sourcing of associated materials and execution of programs
  • Partner with Brand Marketing/Sales/CRM/Training & Development teams to oversee management and communication of all omni-exclusive products (including launch strategy, timing, pricing, ordering, customer outreach & talking points, etc)
  • Develop necessary collateral to support Boutique Marketing experience initiatives (i.e. napkins, water, coasters etc)
  • Manage ongoing needs of Boutique staff for event, service and partnership programs
  • Establish relationships with regional vendor partners, structuring relationships in order to grow awareness, drive revenue, and maximize effectiveness of key campaigns
  • Help manage Boutique Marketing budgets and vendor execution in order to ensure all costs are within budget and execution is within timing and scope
  • Collaborate with Sales Admin, Operations and Boutique Team to flawlessly execute programs
  • Collaborate with Creative team members on creation and execution of project designs
  • Collaborate with Digital to ensure that marketing programs are coordinated with an omni-channel approach
  • Partner with Mexico marketing manager to ensure alignment of strategy, pricing, launch timing

    • Oversees management of 360 launch timelines

    • Act as main marketing liaison for retail partners/regional sales managers, including communicating with buying office about market presentations, launch timing, event execution, sampling/GWPs etc



  • 5+ years Marketing/PR/Event management experience required; luxury sector experience a must; beauty industry-related experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of the US/Canadian/Mexico Beauty market
  • Strong understanding of brick-and-mortar store channel, including strong store and vendor relationships
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative thinker and approach to business
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and strategic skills
  • Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills
  • Excels in collaborative work and thinking
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage/motivate direct reports and cross-functional teams
  • Skilled at successfully organizing, prioritizing and managing multiple projects 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being adaptable to change
  • Comfortable working with a small team and willing to take on new challenges/opportunities as they arise


Compensation includes competitive salary $85K - $100K DOE, subsidized health benefits, generous PTO schedule and 401K plan.
