Position Overview
Support the Buying & Planning Team with operations to establish the optimum commercial cross channel assortment for related brands/regions, whilst maximizing the financial plan and respecting the category/brand objectives and direction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
·Individual accountabilities oAssort, price and forecast the line oMaintain the line in the IT system oOrder & track samples orders oTrack business performance weekly (SI, SO, GM,...) oBenchmark decisions against competition & broader market landscape oPrepare & present the assortment at line opening meeting ·Shared accountabilities oDefine seasonal assortment needs upfront & share with Global Merchandising teams oContribute to brand elevation both on qualitative and quantitative point of view oParticipate/initiate business development projects

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
oOffice package knowledge oInternational (work / study) oInternship and temporary work experience as Buying Assistant or similar role oFluent in English, additional languages are a plus oConcrete passion for Diversity & Inclusion values oExcitement about teamwork and straight talk
