This position is responsible for implementing visual merchandising directives, window installations and maintaining visual standards across all BOSS points of sale throughout the NY Metro region. This territory consists of Directly Operated Stores & Shop-In-Shops, and Factory Outlets.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent, elevated visual presentation across US retail stores & SIS, and Factory Outlets throughout the NY metro Region.
  • Develop strong relationships with store management team and Retail corporate partners to facilitate store needs and drive results.
  • Deliver stylistically compelling mannequin looks across all BOSS product classifications.
  • Train and support store teams in visual competency and best in class standards.
  • Support cross functional teams in all store openings, relocations, expansions, etc.
  • Manage visual travel budget and coordinate team calendar.
  • Oversee installation and execution of all seasonal windows and in-store visual elements.
  • Supervise the set up and continual maintenance of the showroom for seasonal markets - 4 per year


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related or creative field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably with a luxury fashion and accessories brand.
  • Strong demonstrated visual merchandising/presentation skills-detailed oriented and self-motivated to train execution to the highest standards.
  • Understanding of brand marketing and applying these principles to a retail environment.
  • Strong training, development, and motivational skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and process planning skills.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills. Ability to set and achieve goals in a timeline manner.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team player
  • Flexibility and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e.: Word, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel).

The expected base salary range for this position is from $80,000 - $90,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
