Job Details


We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Tax Accountant with strong analytical and technical skills, who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Senior Tax Accountant will be a key member of the PVH Corp. tax team, primarily supporting the tax accounting and compliance processes for global operations.


  • Work with the Tax Senior Managers, Director and VP to ensure the timely and accurate filing of Federal corporate Income Tax returns

  • Assist in preparing the Company's monthly, quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

  • Proactively manage and maintain provision and compliance deadlines with adherence to the overall milestone tax calendar

  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams in preparation of US book-tax difference computations and tie-out of deferred tax assets/liabilities

  • Prepare and review tax account reconciliations and other financial reports

  • Analyze tax data and prepare journal entries in order to accurately reflect the Company's financial position

  • Assist and support other team members of the tax function by maintaining fixed asset software, performing ad hoc tax analyses, analytical support, and assistance with other special projects

  • Support continuous improvements in tax processes to gain efficiency and ensure quality; Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of existing processes and propose enhancements

  • Coordinate and assist with audits by tax authorities and internal/external financial audits

  • Ensure appropriate documentation and internal controls are maintained




  • 4+ years of corporate income tax or relevant experience, including working knowledge of corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 provision; broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university or Masters Degree in Accounting or Tax.

  • Certified Public Accountant (obtained or in-process, preferred)

Skills: Working knowledge of SAP, OneSource provision, Corptax. Proficient in Excel and advanced functions.



Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
