Position Overview
The key objectives of the role are to drive sales for an assigned list of accounts on Womenswear and Childrenswear, full management of set accounts, from sell-in, to delivery, to payments/PO's, to in season reorder and contribute to developing clear strategic goals, financial plans and new business opportunities for growth as well as supporting the sales manager where necessary. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Achievement of set sales and re-order targets Develop clear strategic goals, financial plans, and new business opportunities for growth within assigned accounts. Implementation of new ideas and developments / strategies FY Budget reviews - contribution and ownership for own accounts Leading and delivering budget negotiations for assigned accounts.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Strong market knowledge and understanding Proven ability to achieve sales targets. Key account understanding, independent retailers & Ecommerce Delivering corporate sales initiatives across all responsible departments Establishing business enhancing internal and external relationships Maturity and strong work ethic Entrepreneurial spirit and approach to work Strong influencing and negotiation skills Brand Ambassador Ability to deal with fast paced and changing environments. Strong communication and analytical skills Self-developing
