This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are a site personalization evangelist with an eye on optimizing site conversion with an interest in fashion. You're interested in being a part of a cross-functional, agile testing scrum, partnering with other channel testing leads to rigorously prioritize tests based on size of prize, identifying opportunities to amplify testing ideas cross-channel, and ultimately executing all site tests. You're also resourceful, collaborative, and highly analytical. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be facilitating ideation sessions to come up with new ways to improve our site conversion, representing site in our cross-functional agile scrum to rigorously prioritize tests, defining an audience strategy for personalized experiences on site, or working with third-party vendors to unlock new testing capabilities. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years of ecommerce experience
  • Experience with site testing and optimization required; scrum experience strongly preferred
  • Highly analytical and results-oriented, with ability to use data to identify high-potential opportunities and unlock business value
  • Results-driven, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial with independent problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative with ability to influence and partner with cross-functional partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate and present complex ideas to senior leadership
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with:
    • Content Management Solution (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager)
    • Web Analytics Solutions (e.g., Google Analytics)
    • A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely)
    • Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 95,000.00 USD - 130,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
