Position Overview
The Sales administration coordinator for Travel Retail is a key person in a dynamic organization and growing sales channel to support the sales team in commercial and administrative tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Commercial Support (75%): Support Travel Retail Senior Sales Manager in Account Management wholesale activities including: Wholesale support:
* Stock analysis for re-order opportunities
* Manage all returns end of season
* Trainings: collect and build seasonal training tools to ensure that our global retail teams are equipped to represent the brand, maximize sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Support all partners with Retail supply orders Buying Campaign Coordination:
* Manage appointment calendar and organization with Milan Showroom
* Prepare all necessary templates / data analyses
* Support Sales during buying, enter orders in the system, make all necessary changes, send all order confirmations to clients. Visual Merchandising & Marketing
* Implementation & coordination of projects Animations, Pop-Up
* Maintain & coordinate VM visits & prepare visit briefs with the inputs of Sales Manager
* Ensure all visuals are changed on a seasonal basis in store
* Provide relevant feedback on pictures/reports received from the wholesale partners. Admin (15%):
* Raising PO's/ Invoices
* Daily administrative tasks
* Organise, plan and prepare ad hoc internal meetings Other (10%):
* Participate in organization of Annual sales trade fair in October (TFWA)
* Follow-up on ad hoc projects

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Rigorous, extremely well-organized, methodical, and efficient
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to work on different tasks, short timelines and in an agile changing environment
* Can-do attitude, team player, strong appeal to backoffice tasks
* Professional outlook with excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
* Willing to travel according to business needs
* Proficient in Excel, strong knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, (additional knowledge of SAP/Ariba an asset)
* Fluent in English, other languages are appreciated
