Job Title: S r .Analyst, Asia Retail QAQC, IT

Location: Shanghai

Report to:QAQC Manager, Retail System IT

Primary Purpose: The Sr.Analyst, Asia Retail System QAQC, is responsible for deliver Ecom Website Testing Automation, Internal Automation Training and Retail System Automation. This role will support Tapestry brands across the Asia regions.

  • Ecommerce Automation delivery:
    • Using the Current Global Automation Solution - Java Selenium to support Ecommerce Platform Testing Automation
    • Partner with Tapestry Global Testing teams to understand global Automation Solution, work with Technical Partner to understand Automation Process, deliver and document the process.
    • Analyze, design, testing and hands-on maintenance & support for Ecommerce Automation Solution
    • Provide internal Training across whole QAQC Team, including technical Training & Process training.
    • Document the Automation Solution including Technical check point and Process.
  • Retail System Automation Delivery
    • Identify the appropriate technical solutions to support Retail System Platform Testing Automation
    • Maintain the current Solution & Discover the new Solution which match our system requirements.
    • Proactively find opportunities to improve Automation processes (across IT and functional departments)
    • Identify the appropriate technical solutions to support Retail System Platform Pressure testing
    • Provide internal Training across whole QAQC Team, including technical Training & Process training.
    • Document the Automation Solution including Technical check point and Process.


The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record in delivering Selenium related Automation, have experience in Retail system automation is plus.
  • Experience and knowledge in ITIL, SDLC and project management
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of Ecommerce related system
  • Experience working under multi-brands are desired.
  • Experience and knowledge with HTML5, web services integration and web technologies (Javascript, CSS, SQL, Java, CDN, etc.)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in English (and Chinese, Japanese and Korean are plus)
  • Adaptable and flexible person who has strong sense of responsibility with ability to manage one's own time effectively and to prioritize wide range of simultaneous tasks
  • Committed, innovative and positive thinker on getting things done
  • Must be energetic and detailed oriented person with high standards of quality
  • Desire and passion to learn new technologies and keep abreast of latest advances and trends in digital technologies

  • The degree of complexity in problem solving will range from low to high depending on the project. This individual will eventually become the Automation lead and therefore needs to be comfortable with technical decision making. In addition, individual will be able to look to peers, seniors and management for problem solving and decision-making direction. This role will require a good amount of applying creative thinking along with system knowledge to solve technical issues.
