VeeCollective is the fastest-growing premium bag brand from Germany. We produce unique products with ambitious goals. We sell our 100% recycled, feather-light, and versatile bags worldwide in luxury department stores, exclusive boutiques, and concept stores, through our own online shop, and our flagship store in Berlin Mitte. Our small, international, and dedicated team shares a passion for our iconic bags, which offer customers a unique product in the Everyday Handbag segment.


In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be responsible for creating aspirational and desirable text, photo and video content, monitoring our channels properly and keep an active and lively exchange with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.


The analysis and evaluation of the channels will also be an important basis for strengthening the brand and driving it forward with a range of new and suitable ideas.


As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.




  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Take full ownership and management of our editorial calendars
  • Overseeing the design and tone of voice of the social media accounts in consultation with our art direction and marketing team
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • For a proper community management you will communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications


Job Requirements:


  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager in an international environment and knowledge of the whole social media landscape
  • Conceptional mindset to create a consistent story for our brand
  • Hands on experience in desirable content creation and accurate management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
  • Efficient high sense of urgency and able to work well under pressure
  • Analytical mindset
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German optional
