- You are responsible forconceptualizingand evolvingthe loyalty program execution as well as ensuringthe opportunities for promotion of the loyalty program in retail and physical spaces
- You summarizeand deep dive on all retail and physical space opportunities in order to enable retail staff and existing or potential new members to uncover what loyalty program and different member promotions are offering. It can involve but is not limited to loyalty angle integration and execution in pop up spaces, member areas, zones, physical stores and events
- You are able toworkinterdisciplinary across all internal, global and external interfacesas well as represent the Global Customer Engagementdepartment with regard to inquiries about loyalty program delivery in physical retail in order to positively influence key figures and company processes
- You are partnering with retail training team to deliver comprehensive documentation of the training concepts and actual training materials in regards to the retail and physical space loyalty opportunities. You optimize user-friendliness, monitor and track all loyalty processes in retail and physical spaces
- You are responsible for the further development or exploration of new opportunities in retail spaces. Here you work closely together with internal and external stakeholders in order to test new concepts and learn from them as well as roll best practices out to new markets
- Distinct interest in loyalty as well as customer engagement related technical and analytical processes
- High affinity to different loyalty mechanics and approaches as well as experience in dealing with UI/UX from business perspective
- High preference of dynamic, forward-oriented professional environment
- Profound knowledge in loyalty management tools as well as campaign management and content creation tools (segmentations, content set up etc.)
- Profound experience with CRM Campaign Reporting including knowledge of all relevant KPIs and interpretation of results
- Profound experiences in budget controlling & planning
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Excellent skills in English conversation and writing
