Holzweiler is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can take the lead in creating visual systems within branding and graphic solutions for our various projects and maintain consistent design communication. This involves conceptualising storytelling assets for diverse projects in both physical and digital spaces, aiming for a comprehensive 360-degree communicative approach. You should have a strong background in connecting with various creative individuals and artists to bring their unique styles to each collaboration.
You should have worked on diverse projects like in-house designs, fashion shows, events and custom pop-up spaces. It's important to handle high-pressure situations well and deliver high-quality work in a timely manner.
- Art Direction - overseeing the visual elements and aesthetics of a project or campaign, ensuring a cohesive and impactful artistic direction.
- Branding - creating and managing the identity of a company or product including its logo, design elements and overall brand message.
- Media Design - designing visuals specifically tailored for online platforms, websites, and social media to engage audiences effectively in the digital space.
- Editorial - designing layouts and visuals for publications such as magazines, newspapers, or online articles, ensuring they are visually appealing and informative.
- Environmental Design - designing physical spaces or environments, focusing on creating immersive and user-friendly experiences.
- Film, Animation, Motion Graphics - creating visual content through film, animation, or motion graphics for various purposes like storytelling, marketing or entertainment.
- Packaging - designing the packaging for products; ensuring it is both visually appealing and functional for consumer use.
- Brand Strategy - developing a comprehensive plan that outlines the long-term goals and tactics for building and maintaining a brand's identity and market presence.
- Project Management - overseeing and coordinating the various aspects of a project, ensuring it stays on schedule and within budget.
- Sourcing & Logistics - finding and managing the resources necessary for a project including materials, suppliers and handling the logistical aspects to ensure smooth operations.
- Creative Direction in fashion: demonstrated experience leading creative teams specifically within the fashion industry, guiding them to align with brand aesthetics and market demands.
- Trend Forecasting and adaptability: Ability to analyse and anticipate fashion trends, translating them into innovative and marketable design concepts while remaining adaptable to changing industry trends.
- Brand Identity Development: expertise in developing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity through design; ensuring consistency and resonance within the target audience.
- Understanding of textiles and fabrication: knowledge of various textiles, their properties and production techniques to effectively collaborate with production teams and suppliers.
- Fashion Marketing and consumer behaviour: understanding of consumer behaviour within the fashion industry, integrating marketing strategies with design to create visually appealing products that resonate with the audience.
- Sustainability in fashion design: awareness and knowledge of sustainable practices within the fashion industry and the ability to incorporate eco-friendly approaches into design processes.
