Danielle Frankel is seeking a Director of Sales and Client Relationships.
The ideal candidate will work directly in person and remotely with clients at Danielle Frankel through interaction within the NYC Atelier.
- Host studio bridal consultations from start to finish providing superior customer service from booking through follow-up and closing.
- Act as the liaison between brides and production by communicating with current and prospective brides regarding order details, timelines, fitting appointments, and shipments.
- Provide a high-level of customer service, displaying flexibility and intuitiveness in navigating individual client experiences.
- Build brand loyalty and establish trust with clients in-person and remotely, sharing product knowledge and addressing general inquiries with thoroughness, diligence and sincere professionalism.
- Extensive experience in luxury fashion or bridal.
- Self-motivated, responsible individual with the ability to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- Passionate about the Danielle Frankel brand.
