What you'll be doing
The job holder of this position is a detail-oriented individual who is responsible for assisting the credit control team with overlooking the Accounts Receivables and implementation of the credit control policy. He/She will assist in ad-hoc projects aimed at automating and improving the credit control process.
- Receivables Management
- Customer's payment terms Maintenance and update.
- Conducting monthly Credit meetings with all related stakeholders.
- Implement company policy in terms of credit facilities such as credit amount and credit period.
- Reporting and analysis.
- Monitoring blocked orders and follow the credit policy approval matrix to release any order.
- Communicate payment delays to sales department to hold deliveries and services.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in all aspects of receivables management.
- Expert level in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
