The Sustainable Business Transformation Team's ambition is to transform the Calvin Klein business to become more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative through strategic planning, partnership building, and purposeful communications.As part of the team: the Manager, Sustainability and Inclusion will support this ambition through a focus on sustainability and inclusion, data, and strategy. The Manager's role is a key part in driving Calvin Klein's sustainability and inclusion priorities against with the PVH+ plan: from supporting sustainable and inclusion initiatives, to supporting data projects, to supporting strategy development and KPI tracking. Reporting to Senior Director of Sustainability and Inclusion, the Manager will also collaborate with key internal partners including Corporate Responsibility, Marketing, Brand Communications, Design, Merchandising, Raw Materials, and Sourcing as well as external stakeholders to achieve our targets.Responsibilities:
Sustainability and Inclusion:
Drive roadmap implementation and execution of sustainability and inclusion in partnership with key business teams.
Execute development and deployment of training materials to educate internal teams around sustainability and inclusion initiatives and partnerships.
Ensure the compliance process of ESG standards and reporting, as well as onboarding and relationship management of NGO partnerships.
Project manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources across sustainability and inclusion roadmaps to help drive decision-making.
Drive data collection and tracking for sustainability and inclusion initiatives, including database platforms and systems.
Monitor and report on progress towards public targets using PVH reporting processes.
Create strategic presentations and leadership updates: effectively communicate complex ideas, data points, and initiatives to various audiences in a way that influences and inspires action.
Conduct analysis and prepare department reports and presentations in alignment with ESG reporting, PVH+ Plan, Sustainable Business PVH+ Plan, and I&D PVH+ Plan.
Drive agenda development and execution for the Sustainable Business Transformation team's meetings and debriefs.
Stay informed on industry knowledge across ESG and DEI, the macro environment, and associated business impact, risk, and opportunities.
Experience / Skills
5 - 7 years of professional corporate responsibility, ESG, human rights, social impact, DEI, and/or philanthropy preferred. Fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and/or consulting experience preferred.
Team-player who is passionate and curious about ESG, sustainability, and inclusion.
Knowledge of sustainability and inclusion in the apparel sector.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas, in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, solutions-oriented person with creative and analytical skills.
Willing to learn, be proactive, and seek constructive feedback.
Strong project management, facilitation, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills (written and oral) with ability to present to cross-functional stakeholders.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).

Pay Range: $95,000 - $115,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
