Job Details

We are a seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Wholesale Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will take charge of overseeing the entire lifecycle of wholesale orders, with a primary focus on driving wholesale sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant major
  • Proven experience in Fashion Wholesale Operations
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Being skilled in Office programs, especially Excel
  • Results-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • English language skill is a must, and Italian and/or Turkish is a plus
  • Residing in Istanbul, Turkey

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and nurture conversations with potential buyers.
  • Actively seek new buyers, building and maintaining relationships.
  • Presentation of the collection to the Wholesale buyers
  • Sharing the customers requests and orders to the production team fully
  • Finalizing retail store Orders together with the wholesale team and get reports
  • Current market trends and retail prices analysis report preparations
  • Wholesale feedback notes preparation and trend market research
  • Negotiating seasonal agreements with buyers
  • Monitoring, suggesting stock swaps/stock for  sales agreements
  • Sharing order confirmation with the production team after sales presentation and sending out official order confirmations when confirmed, requesting samples from production, and following up with them
  • Planning and developing merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives
  • Preparing competitor prices and transferring the information to the Product development department
  • Preparing Style & Sales Analysis for previous seasons for wholesale clients and share with the production team for pre-order
  • Preparing brand and product training for  Wholesale clients Analysing order book and in season stock & sell through reports based on customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock Attending yearly fashion week meetings and other events to meet the customers.
