The Retail Performance Manager reports to Director, Retail Excellence. He/she collaborates with cooperate and store leadership teams in developing strategies and behaviors that drive sales performance and the client experience through key retail drivers and metrics. He/she will drive across the market an impeccable execution of the unique Tiffany client experience via a 360 approach, in strong collaboration with cooperate, in particular Retail learning, Retail operation and Client development team.
He/she will be responsible of 3 main pillars: Drive performance, Project management and Business intelligence. He/she will drive the culture of continuous improvement via measurement, action planning and follow up. As the "go-to person" for all front-of-house store standards and procedures this position has a vital role in ensuring retail excellence across the store network.
He/she is a strong, decisive, strategic, and collaborative leader; an energetic retail animator, well organized able to influence and drive action plan across the market.
