Job Details

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job :
  • Manage and Maintain Endpoint Management platforms for PC, Mac, Mobile, POS.
  • Setup and respond to standardized alerts, perform regular log analysis, monitor and maintain systems to identify any issues. Maintain overall system health to maximize system uptime and ensure delivery of service level objectives
  • Develop documentation for assigned projects including installation guides, troubleshooting guides, procedures, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of InTune as a remote management platform
  • Patch management and using SCCM
  • Manage of MS/O365 Suite and environment
  • Manage O365 capabilities, plans, service descriptions and features
  • Troubleshoot Operating system issues (Windows, MAC/OS, iOS)
  • Provide consulting and advice to clients regarding all aspects of workplace technology including:
    • Endpoint management
    • Productivity Suite and End User Technologies
    • Mobile Workplace
    • Collaboration Tools
    • Automation (application and operating system deployment)
    • Workplace Modernization (Desktop and Self-Service)
  • Manage infrastructure support, including answering support queries, questions and escalations.
  • Logging and coordinating support tasks. Monitoring progress and quality of deliverables from both internal and external resources, ensuring associated, services, requests and incidents follow the defined workflows.
  • Secure quality documentation of solutions deployed according to defined standard.
  • Assist in IT capacity planning and budget management.
  • Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software and related services based on defined workflow.
  • Manage relationship with vendors for best prices, delivery and service level agreements.
  • Involvement in regional and global support teams and projects.
  • Align, drive and manage local IT infrastructure initiatives for the APAC Market.
  • Drive and facilitate continuous improvements.
  • Planning and execution of regular health checking and system monitoring. Installation of systems hardware, software and associated infrastructure
  • Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure
  • Preventative support with system analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Engage and build partnerships with business and IT teams to determine services, the criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to deliver those service appropriate to the requirements of the business.


Qualifications & Experience

BA or Above related to IT Technology or relevant experience.


Broad knowledge & skills - typically 5-8 Years of related experience


Technical Degree Required

Knowledge/Skills Required:
  • Problem-solving. Ability to quickly identify hardware, software, and network issues. Reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Knowledge of end-user computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
  • Decision-making. Considers the relative costs and benefits of new equipment or software. Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Mobile Workplace: Virtualization, Enterprise Device Management, Digital Identity Mobile
  • Workplace Modernization: Next Generation Desktop (NGD), Microsoft Workspace Solutions and Desktop Standardization
  • Enterprise Management platforms e.g. - JAMF/Casper; Intune; SCCM; MS365
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent consultative skills including communication, conceptualization, articulation, presentation and facilitation, are essential
  • Ability to handle stress appropriately and interact well with others
