  • Develop APAC content creation calendar aligned with key global campaign launches, global/regional product and brand initiatives.
  • Lead the end to end process of content fulfilment in APAC, from creative concept development to production management, crew selection and timely asset delivery, working closely with global, regional and local counterparts to harmonize needs and nuances by channel and platform (Social, CRM, VM, Ecom, communications, etc.)
  • Develop strong product storytelling assets in conjunction with Merchandising and Brand Management teams to achieve category leadership and brand/product affinity.
  • Develop engagement content suitable for driving viral engagement in the online and social channels.
  • Manage and allocate production budget/resources and optimize effectiveness of assets from each shoot
  • Drive operational efficiencies in the creative process to improve speed to market; collaborate with GTM counterparts to continuously evolve workflow processes to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify asset fulfilment solutions to support all channels, excluding Ecom PDP production and page design
  • Manage approval process of creative assets and ensure compliance of quality standards, including those generated by local markets. Act as the regional creative brand filter for all consumer-facing materials.
  • Manages all production relationships with outside vendors to ensure consistency with brand guidelines
  • Coach, develop and elevate the wider creative team, ensuring legal compliance on all aspects of work scope


  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Creative and Production; managerial experience required
  • Education: Degree qualified, preferably from design, arts and creative fields

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal
  • Confident and comfortable presentation skills
  • Ability to lead, inspire and manage teams

  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages
  • Must have proven experience with budgets and financial aspects of business
  • Interaction with creative team a must
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
