Media Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

As our Media Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of media campaigns for Ingolstadt Village and Wertheim Village across various media channels. You will play a critical role in supporting the media team and ensuring seamless communication and execution of media plans.

Key responsibilities

• As a member of the media team support the development and execution of media campaigns for both Ingolstadt Village and Wertheim Village.

• Manage the relationships with the external parties and monitor their performance to optimize media buying and placement strategies

• Assist in creating campaign timelines, coordinating assets, and tracking project deliverable

• Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely delivery and proper implementation of media assets, including ad creatives, copy, and videos

• Collaborate with media agency, media houses (e.g. radio stations), and other external partners to negotiate contracts, secure media placements, and ensure compliance with campaign requirements

• Monitor media performance, including impressions, reach, frequency, and engagement metrics

• Prepare regular reports and analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the media team

• Assist in tracking media budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records

• Support the team regarding market research and analysis to identify target audience demographics, media trends, and competitive landscape

About You

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent qualification

• First experience in media coordination, advertising, or marketing role

• Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain good work relationships with external service providers

• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent in English and German language, any other language are benefitial
